About the Role

Are you a motivated self-starter looking to build a lucrative career in the booming solar industry? Complete Solar Pros is seeking talented Solar Sales Representatives to join our growing team and help homeowners across Northern California transition to clean, renewable energy.

As a Solar Sales Representative, you'll be the face of Complete Solar Pros, consulting with homeowners to design custom solar solutions that meet their energy needs and budget. You'll conduct site assessments, present compelling proposals, and guide customers through the entire solar adoption process—from initial consultation to final installation.

This is more than just a sales job. You'll be helping families save money on their energy bills while making a tangible impact on the environment. Every solar installation you close represents tons of CO2 emissions prevented and a step toward a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer energy needs and site suitability
  • Design and present customized solar solutions with accurate energy production estimates
  • Explain solar technology, financing options, tax incentives, and long-term savings to customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners throughout the sales process
  • Follow up with leads promptly and manage your sales pipeline in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with our installation and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay current on solar industry trends, products, and local regulations
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Participate in community events and networking opportunities to generate new leads
  • Provide exceptional customer service that leads to referrals and repeat business
Qualifications & Requirements

Required:

  • Proven track record in sales (any industry) with consistent quota achievement
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Comfortable working in the field and meeting customers at their homes
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in solar, roofing, HVAC, or home improvement sales
  • Knowledge of solar technology, energy systems, or renewable energy
  • Experience with consultative or solution-based selling
  • Established network in the local community
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
